An extraordinary combination of sweet, ripe blackberries and zesty ginger. It makes a fantastic dressing for dark leafy greens or red shredded cabbage, carrot salad when paired with our Persian lime olive oil. Use it in marinades or as a glaze on meats, vegetables, or even tofu. Excellent over pancakes or waffles with roasted walnut oil! Pairings: Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil  Rich and complex. Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy. Aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels, it only has 4% acidity.
