We won’t sell olive oil unless we can vet each step of its journey. All of our olive oils can be traced back to the original producer, so we can provide crush dates, country of origin, and third-party lab testing results.
We apply a dual hemisphere approach to ensure freshness year-round. One half of the year, we provide extra virgin olive oils from the Northern Hemisphere. During the other half, they come from the Southern Hemisphere.
