Our fused extra virgin olive oils or Agrumato as it is called in Italy are made by crushing the whole herb, fruit, or peppers with olives at the same time, creating a fantastic concentrated flavored olive oil. This process is different from infused olive oils, whereby the olive oil is made by adding flavor to the olive oil afterward. Our agrumato oils are made in a mill in Tunisia once a year in the winter months and are always made with fresh certified organic olives.
