Our fused extra virgin olive oils, or Agrumato as it is called in Italy are made by crushing the whole herb, fruit, or peppers with olives at the same time, creating a fantastic concentrated flavored olive oil. This process is different from infused olive oils, whereby the olive oil is made by adding flavor to the olive oil afterwards. Our agrumato oils are made in a mill in Tunisia once a year in the winter months, and are always made with fresh certifed organic olives.
