Pairings: Butter Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, Mild or Medium Single Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rich and complex. Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy. Aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels, it only has 4% acidity.
