Our natural Lavender Balsamic captures the essence of this ancient flower with slightly herbaceous and sweet notes. Pair with chicken, lamb, vegetables, or use it in a vinaigrette. Superb over ice cream and with fresh fruits and berries. Pairings: Herbes de Provence Olive OiL, Lemon Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil Rich and complex. Our finest grade of aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy. Aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels, it only has 4% acidity.
