Our fused extra virgin olive oils or Agrumato as it is called in Italy are made by crushing the whole herb, fruit, or peppers with olives at the same time, creating a fantastic concentrated flavored olive oil. This process is different from infused olive oils, whereby the olive oil is made by adding flavor to the olive oil afterward.
