We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping on all orders.
Please allow us two working days to process your order due to the time we need to fill your bottles in our store. We want to ensure you receive only fresh product from us. We ship all products from our store via the U.S. Postal Service.
Some of our kitchen products are shipped directly from the vendor and may have a longer shipping time than the products shipped from our store. These products are usually delivered via Fedex or UPS. You will receive tracking information for those orders as well.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
*You may return most new, unopened items shipped from our store within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on opened food items.
If the return is a result of an error on our part such as you received an incorrect or defective item, we’ll be glad to pay the return shipping costs for you.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
*Note that kitchen products that were shipped directly from the vendor and returned to us will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
