It's a perfect complement to a wide variety of oils, and will create superb vinaigrettes. 6% acidity. Pairings: Lemon Olive Oil, Blood Orange, Tuscan Herb, Any Single Varietal Olive Oil Spicy and Warm. A perfect blend of sweet D’anjou pear and cinnamon.
